CALIBRATE
We’ll begin the evening with a heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao, then journey inward with a gentle womb meditation which will allow us to drop out of the mind (masculine) and into the body (feminine).
CONNECT
The feminine craves to be seen, heard, and held, so we’ll move through a simple yet powerful connection exercise to create a sense of community within the group.
CREATE
From this grounded place, we’ll then surrender to the flow of our creative energy. This month, we’ll be working with delicate crystals and beads to craft a piece of jewellery that you can treasure forever.
