Workshop Flow
CALIBRATE
We’ll begin the evening with heart-opening ceremonial cacao, then journey inward with a gentle womb meditation which will allow us to drop out of the mind (masculine) and back into the body (feminine).
CONNECT
The feminine craves to be seen, heard, and held, so we’ll move through a simple connection exercise to create a sense of community within the group.
CREATE
We’ll then surrender to the flow of our creative energy - working with wool felt, beads and thread to create a whimsical fairy wand, ornament or bookmark.

While we will provide guidance and support, this activity may not be suitable for everyone.
