CuppFull is an offering & an invitation for women to slow down, come back home to ourselves and fulfil our innate desire for connection, community and creation.

These workshops serve as a moment in time where your only priority is to be fully present and pour back into yourself. The focus of the night is less about creating a perfect masterpiece and more about surrendering to the flow of creative energy that wants to move through you and simply enjoying the process.

Please note, Cuppfull workshops are not your usual ‘create & sip’ type events. Rather, it is my aim to curate a sacred space in which pleasure + mindfulness + intention + play can coexist to ensure you leave feeling deeply nurtured, grounded & nourished.
